Materials focus on sliding friction, chemical resistance, and hygiene:

• Chain Plates: Low-friction Acetal (POM) (white or blue) for general use; Stainless Steel 304/316 for high heat or heavy chemical washdown.

• Wear Strips/Guides: High-density UHMW-PE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) liners that provide a durable, low-coefficient-of-friction sliding surface.

• Frame: Tubular or sheet-metal AISI 304 Stainless Steel with open design for complete drainage and sanitation.
