Material Selection Guide

The standard construction employs S235JR or equivalent carbon steel for the frame, with a durable powder-coated finish for corrosion protection in standard dry environments. For the roller surfaces, precision-machined steel tubes are standard. For high-corrosion or washdown areas, AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel is specified for frames, shafts, and roller surfaces, ensuring resistance to aggressive cleaning agents and moisture.
