Material Selection Guide

Materials selection focuses on food safety, grip friction, and rigidity:

• Frame: AISI 304 Stainless Steel (washdown design) for use in bottling and food environments.

• Gripper Pads: Food-grade, high-friction Santoprene or Polyurethane molded pads, bolted onto the main drive chains or belts.

• Drives: Synchronized, electronically linked motors or single-motor drive with a mechanical drive shaft to ensure the opposing belts run at identical speeds.
