Fluent shelves are generally constructed using roller type aluminum alloy or sheet metal fluent bars on medium to light load shelves, with fluent bars placed at approximately 3 degrees. The goods carried by fluent shelves are usually packaged in paper or placed in plastic turnover boxes inside, utilizing their own weight to achieve the flow and in out of of goods, making storage and access convenient. The unit load capacity of fluent shelves is usually around 100KG per layer, and the shelf height is within 2.5 meters. Fluent shelves are suitable for process conversion on both sides of assembly lines, assembly line production, and picking operations in distribution centers. They can be equipped with electronic tags to achieve information management of goods. Widely used in industries such as automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical, and electronics.
