The electrical cabinet assembly floor roller conveyor line features a powered-free roller assembly, characterized by a low height, flexible width, and high load capacity. It is suitable for the assembly of tall electrical cabinets in a flow production line.

This project has a height of 110 mm and a width of 1000 mm, utilizing 60 mm diameter powered-free rollers, with a load capacity of 2000 kg/m². Each individual length of the conveyor is typically around 2 meters and can be freely combined to create conveyor lines of various lengths; the width and density can be customized according to actual needs.

The e-commerce warehouse conveyor sorting line is the transportation system for e-commerce warehouses. The conveyor line includes inbound lines on the 1st to 3rd floors, as well as outbound, packaging, and sorting lines from the 3rd to the 1st floor. It features straight roller conveyors, inclined belt conveyors, curve conveyors, lateral transfer machines, and swing wheel sorting machines.
