Material Selection Guide

Material selection is focused on endurance:

• Abrasive/High-Impact: Heavy-gauge Carbon Steel with a thick wall thickness (e.g., ≥3 mm) and optional ceramic coatings for superior wear resistance.

• High Moisture/Chemical: AISI 304 or 316 Stainless Steel with specialized internal seals (e.g., PTFE).

• Heat Exposure: Heat-treated steel alloy shafts, high-temperature bearings, and synthetic lubricants with a high flash point.
