The 2025 CEMAT Asia International Logistics Exhibition has concluded successfully. Over the four-day event, Wuxi Huiqian focused on scenarios requiring high risk resistance and high reliability, and showcased its independently developed customized continuous conveying equipment. With the equipment’s safe adaptability and stable operation performance under complex working conditions, Wuxi Huiqian won professional recognition and attention from on-site audiences.


As an enterprise specializing in conveying system solutions, Wuxi Huiqian optimized the exhibited equipment in terms of safety protection, operational stability and customized adaptability to meet the core needs of special scenarios. This equipment is a core product developed by Wuxi Huiqian based on the special working conditions of various industries. Its core principle is to drive the pallet to move by the frictional force generated by the inclined contact between the rollers and the pallet bearings, and achieve precise positioning and guidance through stoppers and guide rollers.

The core working principle is mainly divided into three stages:
1. Pallet Driving: The axis of the roller and the axis of the pallet bearing form an inclined angle. When the motor reducer drives the roller to rotate, frictional force with an axial component is generated at the contact point of the two, pushing the pallet to move forward or backward in a straight line.
2. Pallet Positioning: After the pallet enters the workstation, it is blocked by the stopper and stays in place. At this time, the roller and the traveling rail bearing at the bottom of the pallet maintain relative rolling. Meanwhile, the guide roller is parallel to the axis of the bearing and also produces relative rolling, ensuring the stable position of the pallet.
3. Pallet Release: After the stopper descends, the pallet automatically moves forward under the frictional force of the roller. During the movement, the pallet achieves directional movement through the relative rolling between the traveling rail bearing and the fixed guide roller.
Key components of the equipment are made of low-spark and impact-resistant materials, and it is equipped with an isolated and sealed electrical system. This enables the equipment to operate stably in complex environments such as those with volatile media or dust accumulation, eliminating potential safety hazards from the source. Additionally, through modular design and verification via 10,000-hour fault-free testing, the equipment can not only meet the conveying needs of heavy precision components and special materials but also ensure the reliability of 24/7 continuous operation.
